Refund Policy

Last updated: 01/12/2025

We want you to have a positive experience with the Beginner Guitar Course. If you have any issues accessing the Course or feel it isn’t right for you, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy if the Course has a major failure, is not delivered as described, or is not provided with reasonable care and skill.

The remaining sections of this policy apply in addition to those rights.

2. Standard Change-of-Mind Refunds (7-Day Window)

Because this is an instant-access digital course, we offer a 7-day change-of-mind refund period to give you peace of mind.

To qualify for a change-of-mind refund:

  • Your purchase must have been made within the last 7 days; and

  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the lessons or modules; and

  • You must not have downloaded more than 20% of the included digital materials (e.g., PDFs, tabs, backing tracks); and

  • You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method, and your access to the Course will be removed.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds (for change of mind) cannot be offered when:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase;

  • You have completed more than 20% of the Course;

  • You have downloaded most or all of the downloadable materials;

  • The purchase was made during a non-refundable special sale clearly marked as such;

  • You purchased a gift card or similar non-refundable item.

These limits do not apply where the ACL entitles you to a remedy due to a fault or major failure.

4. Technical Issues or Access Problems

If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

Examples include:

  • You cannot log in

  • The Course will not load

  • Videos or materials are not displaying correctly

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
A refund may be considered if a technical fault makes the Course unusable and cannot be reasonably resolved.

5. Exchanges

As this is a digital product, traditional exchanges do not apply.

If you purchased the wrong course or option by mistake, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to help where reasonable.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason.

However, by choosing to access or download the digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to withdraw under EU consumer law.

We may still provide a refund during this 14-day period if:

  • You contact us within 14 days; and

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the Course; and

  • You have not downloaded the majority of the digital materials.

Proof of purchase is required.

7. Refund Process and Timeframes

Once you submit your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
